VIP/FESTIVALL

What are the FestivALL early entry hours? How early may I arrive?

Early entry hours will be announced when FestivALL goes on sale. Please don’t arrive earlier than this designated time.

Can FestivALL campers camp anywhere?

FestivALL Pass holders will be permitted to set up camp in a clearly defined, designated FestivALL early-entry area in the Shady Grove campground only, and will be allotted a 10′ x 20′ camping space.

What is a tent tag? Why do I need it?

A tent tag shows us that your tent is valid to be in Shady Grove FestivALL area early. Each FestivALL Pass holder entering the early entry area will receive one tent tag that must be attached to their tent during the early entry period. Tents without early entry tent tags will be removed.

If I have Early Entry with my FestivALL pass, can I throw down a tarp or tent for someone else?

Early Entry is an entitlement for FestivALL package holders only. Saving camping space or setting up tents for non-FestivALL package holders is prohibited.

What if we want to move our stuff to another part of Shady Grove?

The early entry area will be tightly controlled until the festival grounds open to the public at 8am on Thursday. Leaving the early entry area with camping gear (tents, tarps, coolers, etc.) will be prohibited prior to 8:00am on Thursday.

Do I have to buy a parking pass if I have a FestivALL ticket?

No. Off-site parking is included in the FestivALL package and shuttles to the festival site are provided. Only FestivALL with vehicle package holder will be permitted to drive their cars onto the fairgrounds.

Can FestivALL campers take photos in the Pit?

No professional photography equipment or cameras with detachable lenses are allowed in the pit without media pass. Point-and-shoots without additional lenses or cell phones are fine.

Can I transfer my FestivALL passes to someone else?

You may transfer your package to someone else through your Eventbrite account, however please send an email to Theresa at High Sierra Music with the new ticket holder’s name and email. theresa@highsierramusic.com

KIDS/FAMILIES

Is there a good place to camp with my family?

Yes! We try to create a quieter and more kid-friendly environment in the eastern end of the Shady Grove campground (quieter late at night, louder early in the morning). If you’re interested in camping in Family Camp, let your shuttle driver or parking attendant know and you’ll be pointed in the right direction. A vehicle pass is required to park in Family Camp. Visit our camping guidelines for more information.

Who are the Rockin' Nannies?

The Rockin’ Nannies are a group of qualified educators, professionals, and CPR-certified child care providers who will once again provide high quality evening childcare at High Sierra. Reserving in advance is strongly recommended as availability may be limited at the festival. Visit therockinnannies.com to learn more about them.

What kinds of activities are there for kids to enjoy?

We have a wonderful Family Area with ongoing games, arts and crafts, performances on the Family Stage and other fun activities. See our Family Village page for details.

ACCESSIBILITY

What kind of accessibility accommodations do you have?

Accessible camping and parking is available to those with mobility disabilities with a valid, state-issued accessible parking placard or tag. Upon entry please present your handicapped placard, and the parking attendants, or shuttle driver will direct you toward accessibility camping and parking

How will I find accessibility parking and camping when I arrive?

Upon arrival, show the parking attendant your festival Vehicle Pass and valid accessible placard and you will be directed to our Accessible Parking and Camping, centrally located within the fairgrounds and in close proximity to accessible bathhouses.

What if I'm in an RV?

If you will be arriving in an RV (any vehicle 18′ or longer), you must purchase an on-site RV Pass. We have a limited number of spaces reserved for guests with disabilities. Please contact us right away if you’re interested in attending with an RV – accessibility@highsierramusic.com.

Can my service animal attend?

Qualified service animals will be permitted into the festival. Please refer to the festival policy for more information.

I still have a question, who do I contact?

Feel free to send us an email at highsierramusic@highsierramusic.com and we’ll do our best to help.
