Body, Mind, & Spirit

Friday:
10:00am - 11:00am: Yoga with Ann Marie & Sam - In this class you will be guided through a well-balanced practice with a focus on breath and alignment. Ann Marie and Sam will assist and inspire you to tune-in, get grounded and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.


12:00 - 12:45pm:  Embodied Groove -  Shake off the night before and ease into the day with guided movement to live music. Invigorate your spirit with the emotions of love, connection, and gratitude. Warm-up your body and surrender to the flow!


Saturday:

10:00am: - 11:00am: Stretchy Yoga with Tara -  Body sore from a weekend full of play? Give yourself a little time to stretch out and breathe deep. This mellow practice will help you get grounded and restore your energy.
